By accessing or using the ScreenshotFreeAPI service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to use the ScreenshotFreeAPI service for lawful purposes only. You may not use the API to capture content you do not have rights to, circumvent access controls, or perform actions that violate applicable law.
3. API Keys and Authentication
API keys are issued per account and must be kept confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your API key. Revoke and regenerate keys immediately if you suspect compromise.
4. Rate Limits and Quotas
Each plan has defined monthly screenshot quotas and request-per-minute limits. Quota resets occur on your billing anniversary date. Overage capture attempts will return HTTP 429 responses.
5. Data and Storage
Screenshots captured via the API are stored for 30 days on shared infrastructure or in your own S3 bucket on Business+ plans. You retain ownership of captured images and are responsible for their downstream use.
6. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime. Planned maintenance is communicated via status page. SLA guarantees are available on Enterprise plans with contractual remedies for downtime.
